Position: Warehouse Operations I

Shift 1 (United States of America)

In this Warehouse Associate opportunity, you will help keep production running by safely and accurately managing materials and inventory. You will join Coperion FHN, a Hillenbrand company, at our Whitewater, Wisconsin facility. We design and support advanced processing and materials handling solutions for food, health, and nutrition applications. Your work supports a safe, organized workplace and ensures teammates have the parts and materials they need to do their jobs.

Location: Whitewater, Wisconsin

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.

-3:00 p.m. and Friday, 6:00 a.m.

-12:00 p.m.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • You receive work orders, locate inventory, and pull parts using forklifts or other equipment.
  • You move, load, unload, and deliver materials to production areas accurately and on time.
  • You inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage and help arrange returns when needed.
  • You support inventory counts, reordering activities, and preparation of materials for storage.
  • You drive a delivery truck as needed to pick up and deliver parts locally.
  • You follow safety policies and report issues to help maintain a safe work environment.
TEAM:
  • You work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teammates in a hands-on, respectful environment. Your reliability and attention to detail help the team WIN AS ONE and support daily operations.
THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES NEEDED:
  • One to two years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate forklifts with training.
  • Ability to read work orders and track inventory accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to learn inventory systems, including ERP tools such as SAP.
  • Dependable work habits and comfort working with regular guidance.
