In this role, you'll build high-quality hydraulic hose assemblies to precise customer specifications — pulling stock, operating fabrication machinery, performing pressure testing, and processing work orders using our company software. We're looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first attitude.

The Details

  • Location:

    Whitewater, WI

What You'll Do

  • Review work orders to identify required specifications for each job
  • Pull and pick hoses, couplings, sleeves, and specialized fittings from inventory
  • Verify part numbers and batch codes to ensure components match order requirements
  • Perform visual inspections on components for defects, dimensions, and fitting alignment
  • Conduct pressure testing using calibrated equipment to ensure assemblies meet safety and leakage tolerances
  • Maintain detailed production logs, including batch numbers and testing results
  • Process and manage work orders using the company's ERP software
  • Assist counter customers with part identification, order intake, and technical recommendations
  • Pick, pack, and prepare finished hose orders for pickup or shipment
  • Cut hydraulic and industrial hoses to precise lengths using industrial saws
  • Operate crimping machines, swagers, and specialized tools to attach components
  • Clean and cap finished hose assemblies to prevent contamination
  • Maintain warehouse organization — restocking, tagging inventory, and clean-up
  • Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts

What You Bring

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, mechanical maintenance, or an industrial warehouse environment preferred
