Job Description
Hydraulic Hose Assembler — Whitewater, WI
$22.00/hour to start | Monday–Friday, No Weekends | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Parts ASAP is hiring a Hydraulic Hose Assembler to join our warehouse team in Whitewater, WI. In this role, you'll build high-quality hydraulic hose assemblies to precise customer specifications — pulling stock, operating fabrication machinery, performing pressure testing, and processing work orders using our company software. We're looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first attitude.

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Location:
Whitewater, WI
What You'll Do
- Review work orders to identify required specifications for each job
- Pull and pick hoses, couplings, sleeves, and specialized fittings from inventory
- Verify part numbers and batch codes to ensure components match order requirements
- Perform visual inspections on components for defects, dimensions, and fitting alignment
- Conduct pressure testing using calibrated equipment to ensure assemblies meet safety and leakage tolerances
- Maintain detailed production logs, including batch numbers and testing results
- Process and manage work orders using the company's ERP software
- Assist counter customers with part identification, order intake, and technical recommendations
- Pick, pack, and prepare finished hose orders for pickup or shipment
- Cut hydraulic and industrial hoses to precise lengths using industrial saws
- Operate crimping machines, swagers, and specialized tools to attach components
- Clean and cap finished hose assemblies to prevent contamination
- Maintain warehouse organization — restocking, tagging inventory, and clean-up
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts
What You Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, mechanical maintenance, or an industrial warehouse environment preferred
- Experience with mechanical trades (automotive repair, plumbing, industrial fluid power) highly valued
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand, air, and power tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
