Aboutthe role
A Service Coordinator is responsible for the effective scheduling of services and the utilization of software systems, including Net Suite. Their duties encompass the management and tracking of projects, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing accurate data entry.
What you'll do- Delivering services to customers, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
- Answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and providing updates on service status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
- Generating reports from Net Suite.
- Schedule and dispatch services effectively to meet customer needs and operational timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and projects are completed on time.
- Provide case management support for complex service issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer follow-up.
- High school diploma
- Associate’s degree in business, skilled trade, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or coordinator role, ideally within manufacturing and construction.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The pay range for this role is:
23 - 27 USD per hour (Summerset - Whitewater)
