We’re looking for a driven and organized Dispatch Manager to lead daily operations across our residential, commercial, and roll‑off service lines. WhatYou’ll Do
As a Dispatch Manager, you’ll be at the center of our operations—coordinating routes, supporting drivers, and ensuring every customer is serviced efficiently and reliably. You’ll lead dispatch staff, collaborate with route managers, and continuously look for ways to improve performance.
Key responsibilities include:- Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure all routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Monitor driver progress and provide real‑time support throughout the day
- Dispatch missed stops and resolve service issues quickly and effectively
- Partner with route managers to improve route efficiency and balance workloads
- Analyze operational data to identify cost‑saving and productivity opportunities
- Investigate and resolve customer service concerns, including missed stops
- Manage and support dispatch team members through coaching and performance feedback
- Oversee roll‑off scheduling and service coordination
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
We’re seeking a strong leader who can think on their feet, communicate effectively, and keep operations running smoothly under pressure.
Required Qualifications:- Associates degree required; or High School Diploma/GED with two (2) years of relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn dispatching/routing systems
- Experience in the waste or recycling industry
- Knowledge of route optimization and fleet operations
- Experience with GPS, routing, or dispatch software

This is a full‑time, salaried position, typically working between 5:30 am –3:00 pm, with flexibility based on operational needs.
