Regional Cardiac Nurse; RN​/LPN

Arista Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide cardiac nursing care to residents according to their individual needs. Responsibilities include but not limited to: assessing physical and mental capacity and developing individualized care plans. This position requires overall teamwork, collaboration, excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. The cardiac LPN/RN is responsible for leading by example, assessing resident care needs and taking appropriate action to provide high quality care to all residents.

Job Type: Full-Time

Will be covering all facilities mentioned: Arista Care at Manchester and Arista Care at Whiting

• Must possess a current license and CPR Certification.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• Must have cardiac experience
• Must be proficient in reading EKG
• Wound knowledge a plus
• Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred
