Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Role Overview
Seeking a licensed practical nurse to deliver nursing care tailored to residents' individual needs. The role emphasizes medication supervision, health monitoring, assessment of physical and mental capacity, and the development of personalized care plans. Teamwork, collaboration, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Compensation & ShiftsRate up to $42/hr all shifts available:
Full‑Time, Part‑Time, Per Diem.
- Supervise medication administration
- Monitor health of residents
- Assess physical and mental capacity
- Develop personalized care plans
- Lead by example, assess resident needs, and ensure high‑quality care for all residents
- Current license and CPR certification
- Unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey
- IV certification (preferred)
- Experience in long‑term care (preferred)
