Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thursday: 02:30 PM – 07:00 PM
• Friday: 02:30 PM – 07:00 PM
• Saturday: 02:30 PM – 07:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other access‑related activity according to location policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns and/or unusual activity to the appropriate contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and perimeter, noting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or security‑related issues.
• Help deter unauthorized access by maintaining a visible presence, communicating clearly with residents and visitors, and reporting suspicious behavior or conditions.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Background drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
