Job SummaryResponsible for delivering case management and counseling services for clients and families.
Essential Functions- Design, implement, and monitor individual program plans for clients.
- Assess client needs and investigate eligibility for services.
- Counsel and aid individuals and families requiring agency assistance.
- Maintain client records and complete required documentation according to agency and accreditation standards. This may include data entry, progress notes, activity reports, time sheets, and logs.
- Coordinate client activities.
- Assist clients with accessing other services (job training, counseling, housing, medical services, etc.).
- Network with other providers to generate community resources for participants.
- Provide supportive counseling in individual and group settings, as needed.
- Transport consumers to appointments, if required.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, social work, psychology, sociology, guidance and counseling, child development, criminal justice, education, or a related discipline; or
- High school diploma or GED plus five years of human services experience; or
- Relevant professional credential such as CPRP, CRC, CADC with two years of related experience; or
- A combination of one or more years of college plus related work or life experience equaling four years; or
- Currently in the last semester of college working toward a bachelor’s degree in the human services field.
- 40‑hour domestic violence training required.
- Bilingual preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Mandated Program RequirementsProvidence House is a 24‑hour residential program. The regular shift at the time of hiring is subject to change during the course of employment, and, during staff emergencies or special events, you may be required to fill shifts other than the regular shift—including holidays.
Compensation and Schedule- Proposed salary: $41,142.86.
