Whitbread is hiring a Duty Manager for Whitley Bay Premier Inn. This is a hands-on leadership role with 26 guaranteed hours per week, paid up to £13.86 per hour and a permanent contract.
You’ll lead shifts, support and coach team members, help guests, and collaborate with reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff to keep the hotel running smoothly. No previous hotel experience required, training provided.
