Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Brockton

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $16 per hour (employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance) based on a 40‑hour work week and is located at 160 N. Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301. We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry.

As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

• Monday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Tuesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Wednesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Thursday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday occasional (as business needs require)

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior (including cars, vans, and trucks).
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place any of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness of the branch location.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
• At least 18 years old.
