Seasonal Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Brockton

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Seasonal Automotive Detailers. This position pays $16 / hour based on a 40 hour work week and is located at 160 N. Main Street Brockton, MA 02301. The seasonal window ends on or before October 31, 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days.

Must be available 40 hours/week including Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays (and/or Sundays) and additional day(s) during the week. Availability must fit within the branch hours:
Sunday/Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - cars, vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, reset vehicle settings, check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found, verify registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns, report warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage, pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness).

• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season (full-time or part‑time hours). They must experience a 3‑month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.
