About the Role

We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about providing high-quality care while building meaningful patient relationships. You’ll be a vital part of our team, delivering exceptional hygiene services and helping patients feel confident in their oral and overall health.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Performing comprehensive dental hygiene care (scaling, polishing, and prophylaxis)

• Educating patients with empathy and evidence-based knowledge

• Taking and developing dental radiographs

• Assisting the dentist during procedures, as needed

• Maintaining accurate health records and treatment notes

• Following strict infection control and sterilization protocols

• Staying current with industry advancements and certifications

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Michigan RDH license

• Nitrous Oxide Certification (required)

• Local Anesthesia Certification (preferred)

• CPR certification (current)

• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills

• A passion for building trust with patients

• Bonus:

Experience with Curve dental software

Sign-On Bonus Details

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Paid after successful completion of 90 days of employment

• Requires a 12-month employment commitment

• If employment ends before 12 months, the bonus must be repaid on a prorated basis (details outlined in the employment agreement)
