Manufacturing Production Scheduler

We are looking for a Manufacturing Production Scheduler to own and optimize production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with production, planning, procurement, and logistics to balance capacity, materials, and labor while supporting on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules based on orders, forecasts, capacity, and material availability
• Coordinate with production supervisors to sequence work orders and adjust priorities as needed
• Monitor production progress and proactively resolve schedule conflicts, delays, or material constraints
• Partner with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material readiness
• Analyze labor, machine, and capacity utilization to improve throughput
• Communicate schedule changes and reprioritization impacts to stakeholders
• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and cycle time
• Support long-term planning, including capacity and resource planning

• 2–5 years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or a related role
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Advanced Excel and planning tool skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity constraints
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience in lean or continuous improvement environments
• Background in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing
