Facilities CoordinatorYou will have the scope to keep a busy site running smoothly while shaping long term plans for its maintenance and upkeep. This role gives you clear responsibility for how the facilities operate day to day and offers the chance to grow your capability across a wide range of technical tasks.Essential requirements
• Experience in a facilities role with at least three years in a similar position
• Broad practical skills across areas such as basic plumbing or carpentry
• Awareness of health, safety and environmental compliance expectations
• Confident using computer systems for logs, records and supplier contactWhat you will be doing
• Coordinating facilities activity to maintain safe and reliable site conditions
• Supporting maintenance planning and developing longer term improvement plans
• Managing compliance checks, inspections and remedial actions
• Leading and guiding a facilities technician through day to day priorities
• Working with suppliers and contractors to deliver cost effective servicesYour profile
• Able to work independently and solve practical problems on site
• Comfortable managing compliance tasks and recording work accurately
• Skilled at assessing issues and applying appropriate corrective action
• Patient, diligent and able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders
