The Operations Coordinator in the educational services sector plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations within the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating various administrative and operational activities that support educational programs and services. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments to streamline processes, manage resources, and facilitate communication to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
By overseeing scheduling, logistics, and compliance with institutional policies, the Operations Coordinator helps create an environment conducive to learning and growth. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations coordination or administrative support, preferably within an educational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with scheduling or project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Payroll Processing experience (minimum 1 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in educational services or a similar clinic setting.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements in education.
- Knowledge of data management systems and reporting tools.
- Project management certification or training.
- Ability to analyze operational data to inform decision-making.
- Experience working with Regional Centers and Self-Determination
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to support educational programs and administrative functions.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee scheduling and logistics for events, meetings, and program activities.
- Monitor compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in resource allocation, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff members as needed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
