Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department so that work is done efficiently and accurately.
- Provide administrative support for department activities, including sales events, training classes, sales directors and counselors and other sales management.
- Answer questions from customers and employees about sales leads.
- Data entry of sales leads into Lead Management System.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department as needed and to the Reservation Desk as needed.
- Perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Use Excel and Mail Merge in Microsoft Word at an intermediate level.
- Prepare reports, sales call lists and other documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality, common sense, judgement, sense of urgency and ability to set priorities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, rules and controls, safety rules and regulations, and report unsafe practices.
- Participate in training and skill development opportunities.
- Report to work on time and maintain standard attendance.
- High school diploma required.
- Office administration experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office: intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; excellent Outlook skills.
- Knowledge of HMIS.
- Strong communication skills, detail‑minded, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem solving skills.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work indoors during all seasons and weather conditions; comply with field dress code policy.
- Frequent, continuous periods of standing up to 6 hours per day and sitting up to 6 hours per day.
- Physical demands include manual dexterity, paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage; lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Work hours may extend beyond “standard” hours as need arises.
- Salary: $25.00–$30.00/hr.
