Base pay will be determined by applicant s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities- Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
- May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
What it takes to be a Receptionist at Brookdale:
