We are an established general contractor in Southern California known for strong preconstruction and repeat client relationships across healthcare, education, civic, and commercial markets.

• Strong precon team with mentorship
• Healthy mix of hard bid and negotiated work
• Clear growth path into senior estimating roles
• Collaborative environment with operations

• 3+ years of estimating experience with a GC
• Experience with takeoffs, GMPs, and conceptual estimates
• Review drawings and develop detailed pricing
• Coordinate with subs and internal teams
• Support value engineering efforts
