Construction Superintendent

Lead field operations on a steady stream of commercial and institutional builds with a contractor that puts real decision-making in the hands of its supers.

Salary: $105,000 - $145,000 per year.

• Local work with limited overnight travel
• Field‑led culture where supers have real input
• Strong backlog of negotiated projects
• Stable leadership and long‑tenured team

• Manage site operations, schedules, and subcontractors
• Oversee safety, quality, and site logistics
• Partner closely with PM on schedule and budget

• 5+ years as a Superintendent with a GC
• Experience leading $10M to $50M projects
• Show strong leadership and project‑management skills
