Construction Project Manager

Join a well-established Southern California general contractor delivering a steady pipeline of complex commercial and institutional work across the LA market. This role offers a competitive salary of $115,000 - $165,000 per year.

• Consistent local project pipeline with minimal travel
• Strong backlog with a mix of negotiated and repeat work
• Tight-knit team with clear path to Senior PM

• 5+ years with a general contractor
• Experience managing $10M to $50M ground‑up or major TI projects
• Run projects from buyout through closeout
• Coordinate with field teams, subs, and ownership
• Strong client‑facing and cost control experience
