A well-established, employee-focused general contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects throughout Southern California. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced project teams on ground-up and tenant improvement projects while gaining exposure to preconstruction, project management, field operations, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 1-5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Field Engineer, or similar role.
• Understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager-level position.
