Elite Vinyl Windows Inc. is a Dual Glazed Window Manufacturing company located in Whittier, CA. We are excited to announce that we have openings within our Customer Service Division and Inside Sales Division. We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, committed and eager‑to‑learn Customer Service and Inside Sales Representatives to join our Elite Team.

Applicants will be responsible for:

• Answering phones and calling new and potential clients.
• Answering customers’ questions and concerns.
• Inputting and tracking orders.
• Submitting reports.
• Meeting with other departments to find solutions to maintain our award‑winning customer service.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with effective written and oral communication.
• Outgoing personality with excellent people skills and superb phone etiquette.
• Strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure and deadlines.
• Flexible and open‑minded, quick learner willing to learn new products.
• Develop product knowledge of our various products to better serve clients.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Minimum requirement: high school diploma.
