Basic PC skill with MSWord and Outlook
HBV vaccination and bilingual preferred
Assist with funeral services preparations and chapel preparation
Drive company vehicles and transport flowers and decedents
Use cemetery knowledge to assist customers
Provide exceptional service to grieving families
Abide by dress code and department requests
Assist in preparation of death certificates and filing
Prepare reports and participate in staff meetings
Answer telephones and obtain first call information
Maintain positive relationships with employees
Handle customer changes and complaints
Create financial contracts and data entry
Multi-task, set priorities, and organize work
Adhere to company policies, rules, and safety regulations
Achieve annual SMART goals and participate in training opportunities
Assist other departments with various tasks when necessary
