Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA is seeking a Visitor Services Representative and Park Dispatcher to monitor Gate 1 traffic, greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, and coordinate with Funeral Directors and Motor Escorts to keep processions flowing smoothly.
You will answer incoming calls and emails, log requests, dispatch security and emergency resources, monitor CCTV, and guide guests using maps, brochures, QR codes, or GPS coordinates.
