Basic Function/Definition
Student Success Coach II's (SSCII) assistRHCstudents with navigating the process into college and completion oftheir educational goal. This includes supporting the student's adjustment to academic expectations and the culture ofcollege life.
SSCII's may work within any Division in Academic Affairs or Student Services.
SSCII's work with managers, faculty, and students and are overseen by a manager. This position can perform the work encompassed intheSSCI position.
Time commitment:
These are temporary positions based on grant funding.
SSCII's may work up to 19 hours per week.
