The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Silicon Valley Chapter is looking for a dedicated Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator at Whittier College. This role involves supporting DEI program development and overseeing student staff, including Diversity Ambassadors. You will act as the main liaison between the Office of Equity & Inclusion (OEI) and student organizations.
The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive environment, support faculty and staff understanding of diversity, and help improve graduation rates, particularly for historically marginalized groups.
