• Active and current RBT credential required
• Experience supporting students in educational settings, across elementary, middle, and high school grades is highly valued
• Comfortable providing one-on-one support to students with varying needs
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection practices
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
• Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and commitment to student success

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students in grades 1-12 under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in classroom and school settings
• Accurately record and track student progress and session data
• Support academic, social, and communication skills as outlined in each students plan
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with school staff to optimize student learning and inclusion
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
