Job Overview

Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – support clients with financial solutions, build relationships, and progress through stages within Bank of America and Merrill.

• Complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series
  66 exams within the required timelines (30days for SIE, 120days for Series7 & 66).
• Develop client relationships, assess financial needs, and provide comprehensive advice and solutions.
• Deliver client reviews and presentations confidently.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
• Participate in world‑class training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching from Academy managers.
• Maintain SAFE Act registration and comply with required background checks.
• Begin in a phone‑based capacity until assigned to an office‑based location within a reasonable commuting distance.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
• One year of financial services or sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.

• Client experience, branding, and solutions advisory.
• Investment management, pipeline management, and referral management.
• Client management, customer focus, and portfolio management.
• Business acumen, executive presence, oral communication.
• Risk management and trading knowledge.

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

• Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays.
• Shift: 1st shift (U.S.)
• Hours per week: 40
• Hourly pay range: $28.85 – $33.65 (based on experience, education, skills).
• Compensation:
  Base salary only, no incentive eligibility.
