- Acts as a professional resource for providers, members, and staff, assisting with inquiries and research.
- Ensures claims compliance, prepares reports, and maintains regulatory and contractual standards.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience in a hospital/medical group setting.
- Knowledge of HMO/or IPA operations; medical terminology; ICD-10, RVS, and CPT coding knowledge
