A senior living community is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join its team, responsible for preventive maintenance and ensuring resident comfort. The role involves addressing maintenance emergencies, performing repairs, and maintaining the facility's grounds and equipment. Ideal candidates should have experience in building maintenance, be able to work independently, and possess strong troubleshooting skills.
