Job Title:

Vice President of Finance

This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands‑on finance leader to join the executive team and help shape the next phase of growth. The Vice President of Finance will have broad ownership across accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance, with the ability to professionalize processes, enhance financial visibility, and partner closely with leadership on strategic initiatives.

This role represents the first hire at this level within the organization, offering meaningful influence and autonomy.

• Strong controllership background with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP; experience supporting commission‑based organizations strongly preferred
• Industry experience within distribution, manufacturers’ representation, or similar environments (e.g., brokers or non‑inventory‑holding distributors)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, curious, and detail‑oriented approach
• Ability to operate at the executive level with strong presence and communication skills
• Experience managing complex commission structures (preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with Quick Books required
