Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the statistical programming group within the Data Science Department Oversee the development and implementation of programming standards and practices to align with R&D strategies Ensure compliance with SOPs and manage regulatory submission activities for clinical development studies
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education 10+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry or CRO, with 7+ years in a supervisory role Experience leading submissions to worldwide regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, etc.) Strong leadership qualifications with strategic thinking and project management skills Thorough understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory reporting requirements Bachelor's Degree required;
Master's Degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
