2nd Shift Operations Supervisor - MRF

Supervisory Responsibilities include but not limited to direction of 75 full-time employees, as well as indirect supervision of 150 contract employees. Will handle special projects and other related management duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

2 - 5 years of management experience.

Exceptional leadership, problem solving, and organizational abilities.

Superior interpersonal skills and ability to coach and develop subordinates. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively interface with general public and regulatory agencies.

Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Transportation/Waste industry experience.
