2026 Capri Holdings Corporate Summer Internship

The Capri Holding Internship Program offers rising juniors and seniors, recent graduates (within one year), and students enrolled in graduate programs, a 10-week opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a global fashion retail corporation. Interns receive training and mentorship from experienced industry leaders while contributing to meaningful projects. Beyond daily responsibilities, interns engage in professional development workshops, executive speaker panels, retail store activities, and networking events, building valuable skills, expanding their professional network, and gaining insight into the corporate functions that drive our brands.

What

You'll Do:
  • Conduct Time and Motion Studies: Recording, measuring, and analyzing cycle times for production steps to identify bottlenecks.
  • Data Analysis: Collecting data from operations to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Assisting with Lean Six Sigma projects, updating work instructions, and reducing waste in processes.
  • Layout Design: Using AutoCAD to create or update facility layouts for improved workflow and ergonomics.
  • Documentation: Creating technical documentation, SOPs, and visual work instructions for manufacturing processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Supporting production staff and management to solve floor problems and implement new equipment or methods.
You’ll Need to Have:
  • Current degree track: Engineering, preferably in the Industrial/Systems/Manufacturing/Logistics/Ops Research/Supply Chain Management field.
  • Experience or knowledge: with Lean, Six Sigma, or other Process Improvement Methodologies.
  • Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Power Point, and Word.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data‑driven approach.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to work cross‑functionally with operations and management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to function in a fast-paced, sometimes unconditioned warehouse environment.
  • Physical Stamina: Willingness to spend time on the warehouse floor observing processes, conducting time studies, and walking for extended periods.
