Job Overview:
Pay Range: $20.00hr - $21.00hr Requirement/Must Have:
High School diploma or GED. 3-5 years direct experience in industrial manufacturing, integration, or other relevant field. Ability to work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment. Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures. Basic mathematics skills such as calculating spring rates. Hand dexterity required to assemble small mechanical or electrical components.

Basic computer skills such as Windows and Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work off-shift, extended hours, overtime, and weekends if necessary. Responsibilities:
Assemble components of all Product Lines using correct tools and fixtures. Test assembled products and troubleshoot problems associated with assembly and testing. Read blueprints, identify components, and use hand tools and rework techniques. Operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. Create labor records for all transactions. Use manufacturing system principles to drive continuous improvement. Setup new production work areas, including layouts, tooling, and equipment setup.

Assist with transition from development to production, including first articles. Manufacture, assemble, and test mechanical, fluid, and electrical measurement equipment assemblies. Perform precision seam welding work for long periods of time seated erface with production leads, supervisors, and QA inspection to ensure timely delivery. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct discrepancies by modification, rework, repair, or maintenance. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control.

Setup and operate precision calibrated tools including weld controllers and gauges. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support 6S and Lean initiatives. Nice to Have:
Industry certification, trade school training and/or degree in related field. Experienced in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment.

Experience with resistance seam welding, precision TIG welding, and spot welding machines. Experience reading WPS (weld procedure specification) and PQR (performance qualification record).

Experience with helium leak verification of welds.
