RN Job — Cardiology, Inpatient/Outpatient Services, Days.

This position is responsible and accountable for providing nursing care in the Cardiology Department, along with providing nursing care in the Cardiac Rehabilitation and Cardiac Cath Lab departments.

Provide direct nursing care to patients within the Cardiology, Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Cardiac Cath Lab settings as assigned. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and document care accurately. Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical policies and procedures.

Required:

• Graduated from an approved School of Nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in California.
• BCLS and ACLS certification.
• Evidence of continuing education and self-development.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Cardiovascular unit.
• Demonstrates teaching ability in a formal and/or informal setting.

• Preferred:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Two-year experience in the ICU.
