Support and help lead employee engagement initiatives, including Safety Committee activities, safety campaigns, recognition programs, and health and wellness events.

Conduct audits, support JHAs/JSAs and safe work procedures, track corrective actions to completion, and analyze EHS data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Partner with Operations, Facilities, Engineering, HR, and Safety & Security on site initiatives, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
