Position: Showing Agent For Real Estate

Showing Agent Opportunity Interested in learning to break into luxury real estate by starting on the buyer side and getting real experience fast? This opportunity is for a licensed real estate professional who wants to learn to grow as a luxury Showing Agent inside a supportive team environment, while building the skills needed to move into a full luxury agent position over time.

Think of this as a true stepping stone into the luxury space, not just a short term position. You will learn to support buyer showings, communicate clearly with clients, and understand how luxury buyers move through the home buying process from the first showing to the offer stage. The focus is on learning strong fundamentals, improving client conversations, and building confidence through real activity, repetition, and coaching.

The environment is structured and supportive, with clear expectations, systems in place, and accountability that helps you grow at a steady and sustainable pace while learning how luxury teams operate behind the scenes.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $155,000+

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
Qualifications
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Compensation

Compensation: $155,000 per year
