• Hands on showing experience inside the luxury market
• Coaching and training focused on buyer side fundamentals
• Ongoing forms training and practical workshops
• Collaborative team culture centered on learning and accountability
• Clear path to grow into a full luxury agent position

• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly

Compensation: $155,000 per year
