Serve patient meal trays and hot and cold entrees;
Take and log hot and cold food temperatures on trayline and in kitchen areas;
Load patient trays into meal carts and deliver to nursing stations;
Perform cleaning tasks including washing dishes, pots and pans, and general area sanitation;
Stock and clean work areas; maintain food safety HACCP standards
