Position Overview

Shift Supervisors provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. The Shift Supervisor performs all duties of a Customer Service Representative and assists the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the shift supervisor directs all team member activities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain exemplary customer service within the store and build relationships with customers.
  • Establish a strong customer service culture.
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals and objectives.
  • Assist in developing and motivating store team members to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and supervise team activities in the absence of the Store Manager, including transaction processing, cash drawer maintenance, and cash handling procedures.
  • Coach CSRs on proper transaction conduct.
  • Review and approve checks within limits.
  • Support store marketing efforts within the community.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Assist the Store Manager with managing schedules, cash, and store audits.
  • Review all Operations Bulletins, news communications, and training for current policies and procedures.
  • Help maintain a neat and clean store environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries.
  • Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • English fluency required;
    English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Working Conditions and

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance.
  • Must work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels.
  • Must manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle frequent interruptions.
