Join Cintas's Outside Sales team as a goal‑oriented, motivated Sales Representative. In this business‑to‑business (B2B) sales role you will apply lessons from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.
As an Outside Sales team member, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within your territory, using the CRM to identify prospects, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.

Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Office, internet, and Contact Management System.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
- Prior B2B sales experience.
Estimated total compensation ranges from $70,304 to $150,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions. Actual compensation varies by experience, performance, and other business factors.
