** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a respectful and professional manner.

+ Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout grounds, buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, after-hours access control, and/or enforcement of location rules related to respectful conduct and restricted areas.

+ Support special events, services, and high-traffic periods by helping with crowd monitoring, traffic flow observation, and/or coordination with site representatives during routine and unusual situations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
