Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, directing individuals to appropriate departments and reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders
