Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, families, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a memorial park location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of grounds, buildings, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and support a respectful environment during services, events, and daily operations;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, respectful, problem-solving manner
