The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment in residential and commercial environments. The position inspects system effectiveness and safety, provides customer service to guide informed buying decisions, and maintains HVAC systems following standard processes.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect and ensure the effectiveness and safety of HVAC systems.
• Lead customers to informed purchasing decisions by providing exceptional service.
• Follow standard processes for system maintenance.
• Perform protective measures to keep customers’ homes clean and undamaged during service.
• Conduct any other duties as requested.

• Proficient in cleaning and maintaining HVAC systems.
• Capable of completing simple low voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
• Effective written and verbal communication of policies and procedures.
• Adherence to safety standards.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and reliable attendance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Certified EPA Universal 608.

• Any air conditioning certifications.

• Operate tablets, mobile phones, and field equipment as needed.
• Perform reading, writing, speaking, hearing, seeing, communicating, concentrating, and learning tasks.
• Lift and carry up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Climb ladders or step stools repeatedly.
• Sit or stand for long periods.
• Work in small, confined dark spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
• Operate in a wide range of temperatures (indoor/outdoor).
• Travel up to 75% of the time between job sites and customer locations.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
