We are looking for an experienced Brake & Alignment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience performing brake, suspension, and wheel alignment services on vehicles ranging from passenger vehicles and light/medium duty vehicles.

This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, efficiency, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform wheel alignments on passenger vehicles, light/medium duty vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair brake systems, including installation and servicing of brake components.
  • Install, inspect, service, and repair suspension components.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and identify mechanical, brake, suspension, and alignment concerns.
  • Road-test vehicles when appropriate to verify repairs and proper vehicle operation.
  • Properly operate alignment and diagnostic equipment.
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and company safety procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Complete work accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of professional wheel alignment, break, and suspension experience.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and writing.
  • Experience working on small to light/medium duty vehicles.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle braking, suspension, steering, and alignment systems.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work on computers
  • Ability to properly test-drive vehicles and evaluate repairs.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle equipment, tires, and other materials as required.
  • Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must provide and maintain your own general hand tools necessary to perform the job.
  • Company will provide specialty tools and equipment necessary for assigned work.
