What You'll Do
- Support the Special Projects team throughout the full lifecycle of construction projects, from kickoff through closeout
- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), ASIs (Architect Supplemental Instructions), submittals, addendums, and closeout files
- Assist with coordination between field operations and office teams, including material ordering, tracking, delivery scheduling, rental equipment, and project logistics
- Support monthly billings, pay applications, and weekly certified payroll submissions when required
- Maintain up-to-date project data to support tracking, reporting, and internal decision-making
- Assist with vendor, contractor, and subcontractor coordination to support timelines and project needs
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project-related communication
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep workflows organized and projects moving efficiently
- Perform additional project-related duties as assigned
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or project support
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with electronic file management and cloud-based storage systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional judgment, ethical conduct, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
