Construction Manager - Fire Protection​/Mechanical​/Plumbing

Rinvio is hiring a Construction Manager – Fire Protection/Mechanical/Plumbing for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on‑site contract role with an expected 50‑hour/week schedule.

$100.00 – $130.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

50 hours per week expected.

Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

• Own or support fire protection, mechanical, and plumbing construction oversight, interface coordination, QA, and turnover.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high‑urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project‑identifying details publicly.

• Experience leading scope, cost, schedule, change, and field coordination on complex construction work.
• Comfort working with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, procurement logs, and project controls.
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience.
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50‑hour/week project schedule.
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades.
