Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale industrial construction project based in Wichita Falls, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, project controls, contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, and client management.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee large-scale industrial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.

+ Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.

+ Manage project controls, contract administration, budgeting, and scheduling.

+ Ensure successful client management and satisfaction.

+ Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.

+ Experience in manufacturing or industrial construction.

+ Proficiency in project management and coordination.

+ Strong understanding of project controls and estimation.

Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to travel or relocate for 2-3 years.

Work Environment

The position is based onsite in Wichita Falls, Texas. This role requires the ability to travel or relocate for 2-3 years. The work environment involves collaboration with various stakeholders on large-scale industrial construction projects throughout the Midwest and South.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita Falls, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $57.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
