Third Future Schools is a high‑achieving and growing network of charter schools. The Hirschi Middle School in Wichita Falls, TX, is looking for an Art teacher. Hirschi’s teachers help students improve academic proficiency and build habits of success. They create a safe and orderly learning environment for students who are assigned to their class and for all the students in the school.

The teachers are supervised by the principal and assistant principal.

Classroom teachers receive great support: lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities are provided by expert curriculum developers. Teacher assistants make copies and grade papers for the teachers. Teachers also have minimal duties, limited to four days a month. The maximum salary for a teacher with three years of demonstrated achievement is $63,000. We also provide employee‑only health, dental, and vision benefits.
